Holistic Business Coaching* is a 6-week program where we meet for 60-90 minutes once per week. There are two tracks for this offering.

Root is designed to get you super clear on what your business is designed to do, for others and for you, and help you focus on exactly which tasks need to be accomplished every week in order to set you up for immediate and long-term success. Here is a sample outline for Root.

Root:

  1. Getting started (getting to know each other— skills, talents, passions, etc.)

  2. Crafting your signature offering (what’s the best way to make your skills and talents serve the people that you care about while providing for what you need?)

  3. Dialing in your audience (who are the people that you serve?)

  4. Writing your Marketing Copy (what language are you going to use to illustrate the benefits of what you’re doing in a way that converts?)

  5. Website/aesthetic (the visual elements of your brand)

  6. Long-term strategy/plan (what do you need to do at what times each week for the foreseeable future in order to make your business and your success sustainable?)

Unfurl is designed for those who have completed all the steps outlined above as part of Root. Unfurl is focused on expanding or scaling your business through paid or organic social media marketing (or using both), so you can move into an even deeper level of joy and success with your clients and your work. Here is a sample outline for Unfurl.

Unfurl:

  1. Introduction - getting to know you (business, offerings, goals, etc.) + outlining your basic marketing strategy (paid vs. organic, etc.)

  2. Conversion event - phone call, email sequence, webinar, etc.

  3. Reach - for a paid strategy, we will actually set up the tech for your FB ads; for an organic strategy, we will create a posting plan (locations, frequency, etc.)

  4. Lead gathering - for a paid strategy, we will create a lead magnet; for an organic strategy, we will outline topics for livestreams, FB posts, etc.

  5. Content - for a paid strategy, we will write the ad copy and select the images for your ad creative; for an organic strategy, we will fine tune some of the content previously outlined.

  6. Alternative pathways - how will we keep potential clients who aren’t yet ready to commit in your vortex so they can be exposed to future opportunities? (FB group, email list, ad pixel, etc.)

Obviously, these can all be adjusted and flexible because every business is unique and ever business owner is different, but these are pretty solid examples of the kinds of work we’ll be doing in each different track.
